Shipping
At Khandii Kollection, every order is prepared with care. All in-stock items ship within 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.
During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
All U.S. shipments are sent via UPS and require a signature at delivery. Once your order has finished processing, domestic delivery usually arrives within 1–3 business days.
Orders addressed to a P.O. Box will be shipped through USPS. Please note that overnight delivery to a P.O. Box may take up to 2 business days, and overnight shipments leaving our facility on a Friday will arrive Monday.
Orders are released for shipping only after your payment has fully cleared.
We highly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Route provides coverage if your package becomes lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
Khandii Kollection may modify the shipping method to an equivalent service if necessary. Shipping costs at checkout may vary from the carrier’s exact rate. All shipping fees are due at the time of purchase.
Please be aware that occasional carrier delays or weather-related disruptions may occur. Khandii Kollection is not liable for transit delays outside of our control. Chargebacks or refunds due to these delays will not be honored.
Pre-Order Shipping
Select items may be available for pre-order. Pre-orders allow you to reserve your product in advance while it is being prepared, produced, or replenished.
When purchasing a pre-order item:
• The product page will clearly display the estimated production and shipping window
• Your card will be charged at checkout to reserve your item
• Pre-order items ship once production is completed
• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship together or separately depending on availability
Please note:
Estimated pre-order timelines may shift due to vendor production schedules. If there is a significant delay, you will receive an update via email with your revised estimated ship date.
We do not offer international shipping at this time; all pre-orders are U.S. only.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package cannot be delivered and is returned to Khandii Kollection, it is most often due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Your tracking will show “Returned to Sender.” This may happen when:
• The address provided is invalid
• The address contains errors or misspellings
• Important details are missing (apt/bldg/suite number)
• The carrier is unable to access or safely deliver the package
• The recipient has moved
• The package was refused at delivery
All returned shipments will be restocked, and a store credit E-Gift Card will be issued for the order amount minus:
• The original shipping fee
• A $35 restocking fee
Shipping fees and Route Protection are non-refundable.
We are not able to reship returned packages. Once the return is processed, you may use your store credit to place a new order using the corrected address. Please note:
• Items may not be available at the time of reordering
• Prices may vary from your original purchase
Important Information
We are unable to edit or modify orders once they are submitted.
To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your address is complete and accurate before checking out. Include all necessary details such as:
• Correct abbreviations
• Building, apartment, or suite numbers
• Clear route or access instructions
Khandii Kollection is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages caused by address errors or carrier issues. All packages returned to us will incur the $35 restocking fee.
