REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Khandii Kollection, we value transparency just as much as we value luxury. By shopping with us and using our website, you agree to the following policy.
When we say all sales are final, we mean it. Due to the nature of our premium products and hygiene standards, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once your order is placed, our team begins processing right away—this means no changes can be made to your order once it’s submitted. No edits to products, shipping methods, addresses, or cancellations can be accommodated after checkout.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
We understand that things happen. If you need to make a return, we’re happy to offer store credit—but here’s what you need to know:
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Hair must be in its original, unused condition: no combing, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, or wearing. The original ties must be intact, and the hair must be returned in its original packaging.
• All clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier with signature confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive your return and confirm the hair is in resellable condition, we’ll issue you a store credit to use on your next Khandii Kollection purchase. Please note: if your original order used a discount or promotion that is no longer active, your new order will not qualify for the same deal.
Store credit or gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
LACE PRODUCTS
Due to their delicate nature, all lace products (closures and frontals) are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced—no exceptions.
REPLACEMENTS & PRODUCT ISSUES
We take serious pride in the luxury quality of our hair. Our bundles are crafted from 100% raw human hair, and sometimes a simple wash or deep condition is all it takes to bring your strands to life.
If you believe you’ve received a product that’s defective, email us at Support@shopkhandiikollection.co within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
Please note:
• Hair that has been colored, permed, lifted, cut, processed, or removed from the weft in any way will not be eligible for replacement.
• If we confirm that there is a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer an exchange or replacement.
• If we inspect the hair and determine it is not defective, we will return it back to you at our expense via priority mail.
Again—lace products are not eligible for replacements under any circumstances.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Khandii Kollection is not responsible for any damages beyond the cost of your purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for items being unavailable after purchase. If there is any issue with a product or service, the maximum liability on our part is limited to the amount you paid.
