Raw Silky Opulence closures require a 10–15 business day production window while your piece is handcrafted to perfection. Your pre-order secures your place in production, ensuring a fresh, natural, long-lasting closure with soft, durable lace.
Once production is finished, your selected shipping method begins. Automatic email updates will keep you informed at each step — production, shipping, and delivery.
In-stock items are ready to ship immediately using the shipping method selected at checkout. Only items labeled as pre-order follow the 10–15 business day production timeline.
All pre-order purchases are final sale due to their custom-made process.
Orders are processed within three business days once verified. For quick processing, ensure billing and shipping addresses match. If not, use PayPal at checkout (no account needed). Orders ship from Lakeland, FL via UPS (with direct signature) or USPS for PO boxes. Processing times may extend during major promotions.

• For longer lengths (24”+): We recommend 4 bundles to ensure your hair looks full and luxurious from every angle.
Essentially, you will always need 2-4 bundles depending on your desired look.

Care Tips:
• Be gentle around the parting—thin lace can tear if scratched or tugged.
• Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, starting from the ends, to prevent breakage.
• Always use a heat protectant when styling to keep your closure silky and smooth.
Installation Tips:
• Have your stylist lay the closure flat—this is key for fine or thin hair blends.
• Pluck sparingly for a realistic part but don’t over-thin the lace.
• Secure with minimal thread or adhesive to protect both the lace and your natural hair underneath.
FRONTALS
Care Tips:
• Always protect your lace at night with a silk scarf or our 100% Mulberry Silk Bonnet—this keeps your install smooth and protects your edges.
• Keep oils and heavy products away from the lace to prevent buildup and shedding.
• Clean gently with sulfate-free shampoo, focusing on the hair while treating the lace delicately.
Installation Tips:
• Tint your lace to match your skin tone for a natural, scalp-like finish.
• Use minimal adhesive for a secure but gentle hold—perfect for protecting fine edges.
• For healthy wear, refresh your install every 2–3 weeks to avoid tension on your natural hair.
WEFT EXTENSIONS
PRE-INSTALLATION
Co-wash or wash your hair extensions with the zip-ties still intact. Inspect the hair. If you notice any abnormalities please contact us and we will resolve them accordingly.
INSTALLATION
We highly recommend using the fold over method when installing your extensions. Only cut the weft when absolutely necessary. Please be advised that cutting the weft may result to excessive shedding.
WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
Conditioner only wash (CoWash) is recommended once a week. This will help retain moisture and cleanse any buildup that could cause tangling. If you feel the need, apply a deep moisturizing conditioner with smoothing properties to minimize unwanted frizz.
Complete the following CoWash steps:
- Part hair in 4 sections.
- Use a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb to detangle each section, working from root to tip.
- Saturate hair with water.
- Starting at the tip, lather conditioner all the way up to the wefts and brush through using a paddle brush.
- Repeat throughout entire install.
- Let conditioner sit for 15-20 mins.
- Rinse throughly. Dry with a t-shirt or microfiber towel, as regular towels cause excessive frizz.
- Apply a dime sized amount of oil to minimize frizz. Allow hair to air dry.
- Once a month we recommend an intensive hair mask treatment to aid in longevity of your extensions.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
- Brush or comb through to style.
- Apply an lightweight alcohol-free hair serum for shine and frizz control. Excessive product may lead to stiff hair which may cause tangling. When product has build-up, it’s time to CoWash!
- A heat protectant is a must when heat styling to avoid damage.
BEDTIME MAINTENANCE
When going to bed, pull the hair up with a satin scrunchie and put into a high ponytail or roll into a bun. Apply a satin scarf or bonnet to reduce frizz.
