Why pre-orders happen
Our Raw Silky Opulence Collection — including bundles, frontals, closures, and seamless clip-ins — is handcrafted and sourced in limited-batch shipments to ensure premium quality, fullness, and longevity.
Each product is made with meticulous care to provide:
• 125 grams per bundle
• Custom thin wefts for fine or thin hair
• Premium lace for natural-looking closures & frontals
• Lightweight, seamless clip-ins designed to blend effortlessly
Because of this strict quality control, certain lengths or textures may occasionally sell out.
Pre-orders allow us to restock without ever compromising quality.
What “Pre-Order” means
• If a bundle is out of stock, the product page will be labeled “Pre-Order — Ships in 10–15 Business Days.”
• Once you place the order, payment is processed immediately to reserve your item in the upcoming restock. This guarantees your spot before the next batch sells out again.
• As soon as the vendor shipment arrives and we have the bundle in hand, we ship your order — typically within 24 hours.
Shipping for in-stock items
• All in-stock bundles, frontals, closures, and clip-ins ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
• If your order contains BOTH in-stock and pre-order items (example: 20” frontal pre-order + 26” bundles in-stock), you will be able to choose at checkout:
(A) Ship in-stock items right away
(B) Hold the full order until pre-order items arrive
Choose whichever works best for you.
Communication & Transparency
• You will receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout.
• You will receive a second email with tracking information once your bundle ships.
• If there are any delays beyond 15 days, you’ll be notified — and given the option to cancel/refund or wait.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Because payment is collected upfront at checkout, we do not offer cancellations once the order is placed — unless we fail to restock within 21 days from purchase (in which case we will refund or reach out to you immediately).
• Exchanges are handled only after the bundle ships and within 5 business days of you receiving it (unused, unaltered, and in original condition).
This protects the integrity, hygiene, and luxury quality of our products.
